Privacy, Consent & Supply Chain

Privacy, Consent & Supply Chain Transparency

Buyers, browsers and regulators now check every impression. DJAX builds the consent, transparency and verification layer that keeps your inventory compliant, trusted and bid on.

Why it matters

Trust is now a condition of getting paid.

Programmatic buyers check consent signals, ads.txt, sellers.json and the supply chain before they bid. Brand advertisers require third-party verification and clean, bot-free numbers.

If any of these are missing or wrong, demand quietly drops away, often without anyone noticing until revenue falls. DJAX builds and runs this layer so it works on every request.

Capabilities

The trust layer, built in.

Each capability is already built and can run in the DJAX platform or be added to your current ad stack.

Supply chain transparency

ads.txt, app-ads.txt, sellers.json and SupplyChain Management

Buyers check ads.txt, sellers.json and the SupplyChain object before they bid. One missing line can switch off a demand partner. DJAX generates these files from your real partner configuration, checks them, and watches your domains so nothing silently breaks.

Key features

  • Generates ads.txt and app-ads.txt lines from your configured demand partners
  • Validates syntax before anything is published
  • Crawls your publisher domains on a schedule
  • Alerts when expected lines are missing or changed
  • Generates sellers.json for networks (seller ID, name, domain, seller type)
  • Builds the SupplyChain object (v1.1) for outgoing bid requests
  • One dashboard of missing or mismatched lines

For your tech team

Files are generated from the same partner list the ad stack uses, so there is no manual spreadsheet to drift out of date.

For the business

Keep every buyer able to bid on your inventory, and win more spend from buyers who favour clean, short supply paths.

Verification

Open Measurement and Ad Verification

Advertisers increasingly require third-party verification on every impression. DJAX adds IAB Open Measurement support to display and video delivery so each advertiser's chosen verification vendor can measure viewability and verify the ad.

Key features

  • Adds the VAST AdVerifications node with vendor resources and parameters
  • Loads the Open Measurement SDK JavaScript service for web display placements
  • Loads the same service for video placements
  • Supports VAST 4.1 and later verification
  • Different verification vendors per campaign
  • Logs of verification resource loads and errors

For your tech team

One measurement service covers display and video, and the logs show exactly which vendor resource failed to load and where.

For the business

Say yes to brand advertisers who demand verification, and keep campaigns running without disputes over viewability numbers.

Clean numbers

IAB Spiders and Bots Filtering

Known bots inflate impressions and clicks and undermine trust in your reports. DJAX filters traffic against the industry-standard IAB Tech Lab Spiders and Bots list and removes matches from your counts.

Key features

  • Imports the IAB Tech Lab Spiders and Bots list (licensed by you from IAB Tech Lab)
  • Matches every visitor user agent against the list
  • Excludes matched traffic from impression counts
  • Excludes matched traffic from click counts
  • Report of excluded traffic
  • Scheduled list refresh, with no manual re-imports

For your tech team

Filtering sits in the counting path, so reports and billing use the same cleaned numbers.

For the business

Give advertisers delivery figures they can trust, and explain any count differences with a clear excluded-traffic report.

Fraud protection

Real-Time Invalid Traffic (IVT) Detection

Bots and fraud go beyond known user agents. DJAX's AI-assisted IVT engine scores every impression and click in real time, combining weighted rules with a machine-learning anomaly model, and returns a Clean, Suspicious or Blocked verdict.

Key features

  • Real-time scoring of every impression and click
  • Weighted rule signals: IP reputation, bot user agents, request velocity, duplicates, geo mismatch
  • Machine-learning anomaly detection trained on your own traffic history
  • Clean / Suspicious / Blocked verdicts with tunable thresholds
  • Optional plain-English explanation of why a request was flagged
  • Shared real-time state across multiple servers
  • Fails safe, so legitimate traffic is never blocked by an outage

For your tech team

Uses fields the ad server already has (IP, user agent, creative, geo), adds no noticeable latency, and every weight and threshold can be tuned without code changes.

For the business

Stop paying out on fraudulent traffic, protect advertiser budgets, and keep your inventory attractive to quality demand.

How DJAX delivers it

One capability, three ways to get it.

Every capability on this page is something DJAX has already built. You choose where it runs.

In the DJAX platform

Switched on inside DJAX's own AdServer, SSP, DSP or Ad Exchange, configured for your inventory and partners.

As a custom build

Built to your specification on DJAX's existing modules, so you start from working code rather than a blank page. You own the result.

Added to your current stack

Integrated into the ad server or exchange you already run, including Revive Adserver, without a platform migration.

FAQ

Common questions

Do we need to replace our consent management platform (CMP)?

No. DJAX reads the TCF v2 and GPP strings your existing CMP sets and enforces them across ad delivery and bid requests. It is not a CMP itself.

Does this cover US state privacy laws?

Yes. GPP strings, including US state privacy signals, are read and applied, with separate rules per region.

Is the SupplyChain object supported?

Yes. DJAX builds SupplyChain object (v1.1) data for outgoing bid requests and generates sellers.json for networks.

How is this different from IVT detection?

Bot-list filtering removes known bots by user agent. The IVT engine adds real-time scoring with rules and machine learning to catch patterns a list cannot.

Can DJAX add this to the ad server we already use?

Yes. These capabilities run in the DJAX AdServer, SSP, DSP and Ad Exchange, and DJAX can also integrate them into your existing stack, including Revive Adserver, or build them into a custom platform. The free Capability Review tells you which route fits.

Is your inventory passing buyer checks?

We'll review your consent, ads.txt, sellers.json and verification setup and show you what buyers see.
