Modern Software Engineer — AI & LLM-Aware Development
A programmer who has worked with a modern programming language recently, understands contemporary software development, and can use AI coding tools productively while still understanding and owning the code.

A roughly 3–4 year software/systems professional focused on modern AI tooling, agentic workflows, automation and practical implementation — with enough programming depth to modify, build and deploy working solutions.

GitHub or equivalent technical evidence is useful. If prior-employer restrictions prevent public code, explain the work, architecture, decisions and what you can demonstrate safely.
AI tools are tools — not substitutes for engineering
We value candidates who can use LLMs and AI coding tools effectively while reviewing, testing, debugging and understanding the resulting code.
